In the run-up to the summer holidays, you will be able to explore and discover more things that you can all to together, that are fun, family-focused and in your local nature spaces.
Find out about the benefits of nature and learn how to explore nature in ways that will feed and build your children’s bodies & brain, develop their curiosity, & their attentional capacity (1.5 hrs).
We will provide you with ‘child activity sheets’ and a podcast to take out into nature with you, using things like a compass, and finding things like bugs! You and your young people will get to discover the natural world, be ‘nature detectives’, & learn, develop and regulate through the senses all with a whole lot of fun.
Approx 2 hours in total
